Shipping and Delivery
All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 3-7 working days from the date when the order is placed.

Delayed Orders
Unexpected delays can occur due to various reasons such as logistic challenges, inclement weather, high demand, or carrier issues. We will promptly notify you with updates on the status of your order and the expected new delivery time. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information so you can plan accordingly. If your order is significantly delayed, you will have the choice to continue with the order, modify it, or cancel it for a full refund. REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY
Replacement is only applicable for goods which are delivered in damaged or non-working conditions (applicable for lights only) or wrong item has been delivered.
Buyers need to make a video of unpacking of the received packet from cutting of first sealed tape to final 360 view of the product and if any piece is found damaged then the area needs to be focused or in case of a light not working the same needs be tested on this video. This Video will be mandatorily required as evidence for any replacement decision.
We can process replacement for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within a week in a good manner and without any further damage or breakage. There will be will be no replacement especially if the products are returned by customer after a gap of 7 days from the date of parcel delivered to customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.

Eligibility for Refunds
- The item delivered was incorrect
- The product was lost in transit
We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within a week in a good manner and without any damage or breakage. There will be will be no refund especially if the products are returned by customer after a gap of 7 days from the date of parcel delivered to customer.
